provides online advertising for homeowner
or listing agent homes sales "Until Sold" with the
following restrictions.
Restrictions are subject to
change without notice.
GENERAL RESTRICTIONS
Each
MOBILEHOME.NET
home sale listing must
represent only ( 1 ) home. No multiple home sale listings.
MOBILEHOME.NET
reserves the right to remove any listing
that appears to have gone inactive. We regularly make email
inquiries to all
listings every ( 6 ) months to verify their active FOR SALE status.
Listing status is determined by the responsiveness to these inquiry emails, or
if the email address is
no longer valid.
MOBILEHOME.NET
reserves the right to remove any listing from our directory that potential
home buyers have emailed complaints of non-responsiveness against.
Until Sold listing term does not apply if
a homeowner
decides to remove their home from the market, but later decides to place
it back on the market again.
Reactivation of a listing
previously deemed INACTIVE will require a $20 Activation Fee.
COMMERCIAL RESTRICTIONS
MOBILEHOME.NET
limits home sale listing terms of commercial agents or entities to 12-months
on all listings.
MOBILEHOME.NET
is not obligated to make contact with listing owners or agents that home
sales are removed for reasons above.
MOBILEHOME.NET
is not required to retain or show proof of documentation or reason for
listing removal.
The Until Sold listing term does not apply to listings
that are examples or representations of types of homes that can be
purchased, such as a model homes.
In such case the listing term
for this type of commercial presentation has a 12-month term. The
listing can be renewed for an additional 12-month listing term for 50% of
the current listing price.
RENTAL UNIT ADVERTISING
Rental unit advertising terms are 12-month listings,
these listings can be extended in additional 12-month increments for 50%
of the current listing price.
